During my time at Rauxa, I had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion communications channels. I co-led the project of getting our social channels and bi-monthly newsletter off the ground during 2020 when employees wanted an outlet to express themselves at the workplace during a time of unrest and revolution. These channels were dedicated to giving employees a voice and teaching our company about new topics in the DEI space. My responsibilities for this project included writing content, project management, resource management, developing content strategy, and overseeing design & copy. This work has been some of the most meaningful to me in my career.
